I used Capstone on 2 occasions now. Dropped off the gas tank to my motorbike on once, gave him the VIN # to my truck the second time. Was able to get me a working key both times. He takes his job seriously, and has been very accommodating. I'll use him again.

Steven went above and beyond to figure out my unique locks (he had never seen locks like them before, and still managed to get it figured out) for my commercial truck canopy and my tailgate. He gave excellent customer service, he was very friendly and has great prices. I would highly recommend him and his company.

I first met Steven by a reference. He came out on time and fixed the building door that wasn't closing. He offered a number of solutions/services to improve the door and its mechanism, some of which I agreed to and some I declined. Steven had parts on hand and took my input even handedly. The next time he came, he arrived before time and fixed a different problem. A great experience. His demeanor is pleasant and professional, so there's no headaches with his work or his attitude.

Steven has been a phenomenal locksmith to work with and unfortunately for me, I've had to require his services too often. His response time is very prompt and between my work trailer, motor home, and house, he's never damaged the face of them which leaves my mistakes almost unbeknownst to my wife! Would recommend him to all my family and friends in the area.
