When he learned about a minor issue with my custom installation, he immediately got involved and personally arranged for it to be resolved by the morning. Needed a new safe with a high security rating and Michael came through with a tough find. And he has been exceptionally thorough and great at keeping me up to date on deliveries, and communication in general. Also was very helpful with lock combination reset, though I may have given him heart palpitations. He handled it very well. Great variety of options and secure safes. Worth a look.
