He was AMAZING! It was nearly midnight when I stepped out for a late Friday night walk and I thoughtlessly locked myself out. I panicked, found his number and left a message. He called me back shortly after and was there in about 20 minutes. Within 2 minutes he got me into my place. Forever grateful I didn’t have to Spider-Man my steep roof to get into a window. He was really nice too!

We took possession of our new home and then proceeded to lock ourselves out of that home at 9PM. Wife's fault. For sure. Moving back to Kingston after years away, I was sure we would not be able to find 24 hour locksmith service. I was wrong. We called Anchor and left a message asking for a call back. We received a call within 15 minutes and Eli was at our new home within 20 minutes to get us back into our home. The service was professional, quick and friendly. Thanks to Eli and the Anchor team. Greatly appreciated.

Amazing and fast service. Called as I had trouble locating an emergency locksmith for a lockout during -20 temperatures. Eli was able to pick the lock in under 10 mins with zero door damage. Highly recommend

The technician (Eli) did an excellent job. He arrived 10 minutes early, provided knowledgeable advice, and did an excellent job installing new door hardware and re-keying the locks.
