These folks were the very best! I cant recomend them enough!They were extremely professional, prompt, and polite. They took great care in moving my safe and being careful not to damage the property as well. Extremely happy with my purchase. I had many concerns regarding choosing the right type of safe and Chad took his time explaining in detail via numerous emails and in person meetings showing me the different types. Wow. Just wow. Vancouver Safes are great at communicating, they were accommodating, prompt and professional.We recently ordered a vault and needed it delivered. They did the pick up, inspection of the unit at the site, moved the vault through our space and narrow stairs, placed it in it's spot, leveled it and offered to drill it down. They gave suggestions, did some quick education and never rushed us.When you ask about the cost of a delivery of a vault there is an initial cringe but when you see what they have to do with a 400lb vault, how they troubleshoot, and the professionalism--it was worth the money and we would hire them again without question. Not a single wall was damaged and they ensured that carpet was protected by using boards to slide the vault.

I needed to know the approximate value of a safe from an estate. I did a search seeing many safes but none exactly like mine nor with cost. I sent a request through the website of Vancouver Safes and was informed this was not a service they provided but that I could send some photos.My needs were met swiftly and graciously.
