Mark is a professional guys with years of experience. He drove 2 hours back and forth to help me out .I tried calling every locksmith in the city but noone would help me or charge more than double. His charges were very nominal compared to all the sacmmers around. I highly recommend Mark and his service.

We needed a new deadbolt installed but couldn't fit the hardware into our door when we were trying to do it ourselves so I was searching for a good locksmith to get the work done.We got Mark's number from G&A as a referral because they told me that they don't residential. After calling Mark, he asked about the type of lock we got and gave us very useful instructions over the phone on how to install it. We were able to follow his instructions and install the rest of the deadbolt. He didn't come out to do the installation and we didn't pay him. He really knows what he's doing and is just the nicest person.Mark, if you see this, let us know your email so we can at least send you a Timmy's gift card!

He went beyond expectations and shaved some wood off the bottom of our old door so that it would close and lock properly… plus a new key for the old lock. So happy to have those issues solved!

Absolutely outstanding service!!!!! Mark came out on short notice to my business and was extremely professional and friendly. Another locksmith gave me outrageous pricing to replace a door handle assembly and Mark's price was extremely fair compared to the other. Do not hesitate to call Mark. Mark came on short notice today because I was worried my back door wouldn't lock. The lock is quite old but he had it fixed very quickly, works better than it has been for years now. While he was in and out to the truck for a part he noticed a problem with my front door latch and offered to fix that while he was here too. Also now better than it has ever been since I moved in. All for a very fair minimum service call fee. I recommend this pleasant, honest guy without reservation.
